Stephen and Ronnie visited to give me a valuation and explain the whole process. Erin was a delight to have, respectfully creating a video to showcase my home, something I didn't realise could make such a difference.

I had Catherine at the end of the phone throughout the whole process to explain the process, feedback on the viewings, keeping me up to date with developments, answering any questions and finally pulling everything together for contracts to be exchanged.
